We will charge your credit card you have on file with Proxibid, unless you contact us BEFORE the auction that you would like to pay with cash, check, or wire transfer. Payment must be sent in the mail by the end of the day, Monday, Aprill 11th, 2016. Wire transfer is accepted with a $20 additional fee. Returned check fee is $35.
If you are claiming your sales tax exemption for resale, agricultural, or parts exemption, you will need to fill out the Nebraska Form 13. We will email it to you after the auction. You must fill out, sign, and mail with your check.
Items will be shipped within 2 weeks of the auction. If you would like to pick up your items the day of auction you can do so in Shickley. If after the day of auction, items can be picked up in Elm Creek, NE.
All internet lots start at $10. This does not apply to the bidders at the live auction.

Adam Marshall Auctioneers will charge your credit card on file with Proxibid unless you contact the auction company before the auction. If you plan to pick up your items, please call us after the auction. We will ship your purchased items to the address on file Proxibid. Items will be shipped within 14 days of the auction. Shipping and packing will be done by a local packing/mailing company and will be shipped via USPS with insurance for the purchase price. Actual shipping/packing costs +3% will be charged to the buyers credit card on file before we ship the buyers purchased items. Adam Marshall Auctioneers believes the cost of packing and shipping are reasonable. Items can be picked up the day of the auction in Shickley, NE. After the day of auction items will be available for pickup in Elm Creek, NE.
Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property. Adam Marshall Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction, but makes no representation. In no event shall Adam Marshall Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any assurance of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.

Bidder agrees that everything is sold in "as is" condition and that they may not return items they purchased. Adam Marshall Auctioneers is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidders. Under no circumstances shall a bidder have any claim against Adam Marshall Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet service fails to operate correctly before or during the live auction. Adam Marshall Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the proxibid-bidding feature allowing them to leave their maximum bid before the auction begins.
