Please Note: Full Disclosure. This facility has been closed for approximately 2 years. When the facility was closed ? all the equipment was in working condition. No power will be available to test any equipment so you will be buying all of the equipment in ?as is condition ? whether working or nonworking?. Also, there was a water leak in the front dining area ? so you are buying ANYTHING with wood in an ?as is condition?. There were mold spores present upon setup so any of the dining furniture and any base cabinets will have spores on them when sold (we did general wipe down and it comes right off) so when you see an item with ?as is? in the description, it has wood in it and we are selling ?as is ? where is ? with known mold spores present?. Simple Terms. 1. Everything sells where is as is without an written or assumed warranty or guarantee. Please see above for full disclosure on how you are bidding on this equipment! 2. All sales are final. 3. Bid accordingly as there are no returns. 4. If a Buyer from Proxibid is the successful winner of an item, Proxibid will send an invoice with 15% Buyers Premium to the Buyer plus sales tax and the Buyer then needs to make their payment to Backes Auctioneers within 2 working days and contact us at 800.876.8070 for payment method. 5. Removal is buyers responsibility. Local Pick up only...NO SHIPPING. Removal time is Wednesday April 27th and Thursday Aril 28th from 8 AM until 6 PM. A drop dead date of Saturday, April 30th at 5 PM is set - if your items are still in the building, they will be considered abandoned and torn down with the facility. Contact information will be given to the successful purchaser. All equipment must be removed as set forth above - basically 3 days - no more. 6. Please note...as stated earlier - NO POWER - NO WATER - bring what you need to remove your items! If you need drills - bring a cordless! If you need lights - bring your generator!
