Buyer’s Fee: An 18% buyer’s fee will be added to all Internet successful bids. PAYMENT: Internet bidders will have their purchases charged to the credit card listed on their registration form. NOTE! Any firearm not picked up within 30 days or any Internet bidder who has not sent an FFL address to ship their purchase within 30 days will forfeit their purchase and payment. SHIPPING: Basic shipping charges inside the continental U.S. are $25 for long guns and $35 for handguns. For shipping questions, please call the office at 815-232-8813. Morning of the auction 8am to 10am central time. No prior viewing of the Firearms as they will not be at this location. Immediately following the auction. If you plan on picking up your items, you need to notify the Auction Company before the auction. All sales of firearms will be in strict compliance with all Federal and State Firearms laws & regulations. Robert Peters, a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer will process all required guns in this auction and will process all guns based on Federal and State requirements. In-house bidders will fill out the required form 4473, pay a $10.00 fee per gun, and get a FBI NICS background check. If your NICS background check clears, you may pick up your gun or it can be shipped. If there is a NICS delay, you will need to contact the FFL Dealer to make arrangements. Out of state & absentee bidders can have guns shipped to FFL dealers in their hometown. Most gun shops will receive these for you and legally transfer them to you for a modest fee. You will need to have them fax a signed copy of their FFL with your name & bidder number, noting it is for your purchases. Our fax # of 815-232-1554. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. FFL LICENSEES: FFL Dealers are welcome to bid and buy. You will need a signed copy of your FFL for Robert Peters, the transferee for this sale. ONLY the person named on the FFL License will be allowed to purchase under that FFL license. If you are buying with an FFL, you may take the firearms with you the day of sale. PICK-UP: Firearms will be available for pick-up at a date to be determined. There are NO RESERVES and NO MINIMUM BIDS on all lots in this Auction. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Munda Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Munda Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Munda Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Munda Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Munda Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
