Item Details

Tension Fabric Systems Building Approximate over all dimensions: 147’ – 8½” long, 68’ – 1 7/8” wide, 29’ 3 7/8” at the peak. As currently installed, structure utilizes (10) aluminum bents and associated hardware. Outer fabric: Ferrari 702 22oz. premium PVC coated translucent white. Inner liner: 16 oz. PVC coated translucent scrim. Sale includes exterior doors and windows. (5) additional bents are included with the structure, however no other fabric is included (only that which is currently on the structure). No interior partitions, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, etc. is included with the structure. Interested bidders must submit to auctioneers executed sale and release disclaimer, agreed upon terms of sale and required deposit prior to the acceptance of any bids by the seller or auctioneer. Please contact auctioneers to arrange for inspection.

Payment

Payment will be due within 24 hours of the close of auction in the form of bank wire OR certified funds only. The internet premium is 13%. Purchaser is required to deposit via wire transfer an additional $5,000.00 to Thomas Hirchak Company at the time of payment to ensure completion of site clean-up. Terms Of Sale

Thank you for participating in a Thomas Hirchak Company Online Auction. It is important that you become familiar with the terms and conditions as all sales are final. The terms of sale are non-negotiable. Payment will be due within 24 hours of the close of auction in the form of bank wire OR certified funds only. The internet premium is 13%. 1. Mount Mansfield Company is hereinafter referred to as MMC. 2. Thomas Hirchak Company is hereinafter referred to as THCo. 3. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees what so ever. 4. Review all promotional materials and terms in detail to ensure you know what you are buying and what the expectations of the seller are. 5. Prospective bidders will be required to deposit $5,000.00 with THCo by bank wire or certified funds to be accepted as bidders. Deposits from unsuccessful bidders will be returned by THCo within 72 hours of close of auction. Deposit from the winning bidder shall be held as clean-up deposit and returned upon satisfactory clean-up of the site following removal of the structure. (See item 16). 6. Payment of the high bidder will be due within 24 hours of the close of auction in the form of bank wire or certified funds. 7. Purchaser will have until Friday, July 15, 2016 to disassemble structure and leave the site free of debris. 8. Disassembly may commence on Wednesday, June 15, 2016. 9. Disassembly will commence no later than Wednesday, June 22, 2016. 10. Structure must be removed from property and site left free of debris by Friday, July 15, 2016. This is a firm date. Removal must be complete by this date. 11. MMC will disconnect the utilities (water, gas, electricity) from the structure by Tuesday, June 14, 2016 12. Removing entity will be required to provide certificate of insurance naming THCo & MMC as additional insured. 13. Site to be left free of all debris, rubbish, structure parts, demolition waste, etc. Holes left from the hold down stakes won't need attention. 14. Purchaser of structure is responsible for leaving the site clean and disposing of rubbish. 15. Winning bidder's $5,000.00 deposit to bid shall be held by auctioneer pending satisfaction completion of site clean-up. 16. Deposit will be refunded upon purchaser's completion of required site clean -up. 17. If site is not left clean as of the last date of removal, THCo or MMC may perform the clean-up. The deposit will be applied to this activity. Any unspent money will be retained by the seller. Registration at the auction (online and/or in person) finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale as stated in the Contract and any Addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding. Do not bid until you have read the terms and conditions. In order to bid at the auction all Bidders must be signed up and register to bid through Proxibid.com. There is no fee to register although a valid credit card will be required to verify identity and funds. By bidding you are representing to Thomas Hirchak Company (Auctioneer) and the seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. Equipment is sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' with no financing, inspection or other contingencies to sale. Thomas Hirchak Company represents the Sellers only and does not inspect properties on bidder's behalf. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence and investigation of each property and must also investigate the suitability of each parcel prior to making a bid and purchase at the auction. Buyers must rely solely upon their own investigation and not any information provided by the Seller or Auctioneer. Failure of a Buyer to be fully informed on the condition of a property will not constitute grounds for any claim adjustment or right to cancel sale. Default and Resale: You agree that if, after being declared the winning bidder, you fail to pay for any item that you have won for any reason, your account will be declared in default. If you still refuse to pay for any item after being notified of your account?s being in default, you agree that the Auctioneer will have the right to immediately resell your item, and you further agree to pay (1) any cost associated with the resale and (2) any deficiency between your original purchase price and the resale price. Picking Up Your Items: You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of any items you may win at this auction.
