Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Garrison Auctioneers L.L.C. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Garrison Auctioneers L.L.C. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the Proxi-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Jewelry All jewelry that says the word 'diamond' has been tested by us, we make no statement as to quality. We rely on the mark on jewelry and state that mark (i.e. 925) in our catalog with no additional testing. We are not coin experts, jewelers, or gemologists use own judgment when bidding.
