After equipment is purchased on the auction, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up the items purchased within 2 weeks after the sale. Bidding: In the event of a tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bidding between those two bidders. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in best interest to the client of his seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller.
