ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. No adjustments made after the sale. ODAC does not guarantee any item as to usefulness or merchantability or any intended purpose. ODAC does not guarantee any year models, hours, serial numbers, etc.. SC Sales Tax Laws apply. There is a 10% administration fee with a $350.00 cap per item. There is an additional 3% administration fee for any successful online bidders. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items from the auction. All items must be paid for in full on the day of the sale. Terms are CASH, CASHIERS CHECK, PERSONAL or BUSINESS CHECK (w/ bank letter of credit over $5,000), WIRE TRANSFERS (25.00 fee), MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. ODAC will assist you to the best of their ability in loading your items. All items are to be removed by Friday, MAY 6th unless prior arrangements have been made after completion of sale. Any items left after May 6th will be subject to storage fees. Buyer's are responsible for any and all transportation, loading, and securing loads.
