IT HAS THE NEW YORK BOXING HALL OF FAME MEDALLION AFFIXED TO IT. THERE ARE NO INSCRIPTIONS OF ANY KIND ON THE MEDALLIONS INDICATING WHOM OR WHEN THE BELT WAS ISSUED. IT IS PART OF THE RIDDICK BOWE BANKRUPTCY ESTATE
