All items must be paid in full within 48 hours of close of auction. Buyer is responsible for all inspections of items as this is a Sold As Is Where Is auction. NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS. Payment, item pick up and load out for this auction will be at 1805 Fairacre Road. Greeley, Colorado on Wednesday July 20th from 1pm till 7pm and Thursday July 21st 10am till 5pm. Items cannot be removed until paid for. By registering to bid or placing a bid, buyer agrees to be bound by all of these terms & conditions and any other announced terms and conditions or rules of the sale. If any new items sold have manufactures warranties, those warranties are between the buyer and the manufacturer. Auction property is always open for PUBLIC INSPECTION. It is the bidders’ responsibility to determine age, genuineness, physical condition, value, suitability for use, make, model, serial number and all other factors of determination.
