Online Buyers Premium: The online buyer that pays with a credit card will have a 15% Buyer’s Premium. Online Buyer's that wish to pay with cash will have a 12% Buyer’s Premium. All credit cards will be charged the following day; if you wish to pay with cash you must contact Dawn or Victoria at (919) 639-2231 to inform them to not charge your card. When the buyer pay cash or with a wire transfer you will receive a 2% discount, making the buyer’s premium 12%.
