Sales tax will be charged on all sales in Florida and any sales in which the buyer picks up the items at the site. Out of state purchases that are shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax.

On-line purchases can only be shipped to a gun dealer at the buyer’s expense. You will need to provide information and pay for all shipping costs.

Pickup of firearms after 3 day wait will be on Thursday 8/4/16 from Noon – 4 pm ONLY. If you cannot make this time, DO NOT BID.
If you will not pass the background check, DO NOT BID.
If you buy a long gun or have a concealed weapons permit, you may take the firearm today, following a successful background check.
Removal of all items on day of auction, except firearms as discussed.
Inspections one (1) hour prior to auction.
Auction conducted on site, rain or shine.
Announcements made at the auction take precedence over printed matter.
