This auction is NOT an approval sale and all sales are final. All coins/currency are guaranteed to be genuine (unless otherwise noted) and if bidder has questions as to authenticity of a lot, the bidder must contact Estate Liquidators within 3 days of receipt of the lot. Items removed from their original sealed holder, may not be returned for any reason. No lot may be returned because of a difference of opinion with regards to grade. Third party graded/encapsulated items may not be returned for any reason.

All items are SOLD AS IS and ALL SALES are FINAL. There is a handling fee of $1 per INVOICE in our auctions. A Buyers Premium of 17% for Internet Bidders will be added to the total amount due. There may be a 8% Texas Sales Tax due for items shipped within the state of Texas. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value or any other factor(s) relating to the item they wish to bid on. Estate Liquidators of Texas will attempt to describe the merchandise as accurately as possible. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchased. Grading of coins are subjective and are not an exact science so everyone has their own opinions on every graded coin. Please do not bid unless you agree with the grade.
