Must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun, and 21 years old to purchase a handgun, and you cannot be a felon to purchase a firearm. Any shipping of a firearm must be done through a local FFL dealer. Ultimate Outdoors of Searcy, AR will handle all shipping, and information regarding a local FFL dealer in your area will be required immediately following the auction to insure a smooth transfer process. Ultimate Outdoors will charge $25.00 per firearm as a transfer fee, in addition to packaging and shipping costs. Bidding Procedures: Announcements made on the day of the auction will take precedence over all printed material or oral statements made. Invoice amounts are charged to the registered credit card immediately following the end of auction, unless other arrangements have been made with Cargile Auctions. 4. Items not picked up within 2 days of designated pickup time without prior arrangement (per auction) will be resold or donated per Auctioneer’s discretion and no refunds will be given. Please pick up your merchandise on time! ALL INVOICES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH CARGILE AUCTIONS. If your credit or debit card is declined you will be charged an additional $10.00 processing fee to cover our additional cost, no matter the reason for denial.
