A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids. There is a 3% discount on your Buyer's Premium when you pay the total amount due in cash. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind expressed or implied. All items are described on a "best efforts" basis. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items in person to satisfy themselves as to condition and quantity of all lots. All winning bids must be paid in full within 4 Days of auction close, regardless of pick up arrangements. Please pay your invoice in full by 6pm on Wednesday, September 28th. Pick up times are: Monday 9/26, Tuesday 9/27 and Wednesday 9/28: 9am to 6pm. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN LABOR, MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT AND PACKING SUPPLIES. The Seller and Auctioneer do not provide labor or equipment for loading. If you are out of town and need your items packaged for shipment, let us know as soon as possible. We can pick and pack your items for approx. $5 per box plus materials up to 70lbs. All items not removed within the designated pick up time will be deemed abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Instructions and links for paying with American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal will be included with your invoice. You can also pay by cash or credit card in person when picking up. This auction begins closing on Saturday, September 24th at 10am CST, closing 1 lot per minute unless extended bidding goes into effect. Lot 1 will close at 10:00 am, Lot 2 will close at 10:01 am, etc. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes before a Lot closes, the bidding is automatically extended. If any lots are pulled prior to sale closing, bidders will be notified by email as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. Employees and contractors of GreenBid Auctions reserve the right to bid on items in this auction.
