INSPECTION All items in this auction are available for inspection at 741 Goodpasture Terrace, Nashville, TN 37221 according to the schedule below: Saturday, May 17, 9:00 AM until auction conclusion. PICKUP All items, may be picked up from their current location once McLemore Auction Company, LLC has received and acknowledged payment in full. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from McLemore Auction Company, LLC. SHIPPING If you request, McLemore Auction Company, LLC will ship items that will fit into a box or tube of reasonable size. Buyers will pay for the cost of shipping via UPS plus $10.00 per box or tube shipped. McLemore Auction Company, LLC will attempt to consolidate multiple items purchased by a single buyer, but this may not always be possible. Items requiring special care or very large items must be shipped by a professional shipping company and may result in higher shipping costs. There are several moving and shipping companies that are willing to provide shipping services for this auction. DEBT COLLECTION AND INTEREST CHARGES The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by McLemore Auction Company, LLC in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due McLemore Auction Company, LLC. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Davidson County, Tennessee. AGE REQUIREMENT All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
