Because this is a Court Ordered Sale, all items are subject to redemption prior to the conclusion of the sale. Redemption will not be allowed following the conclusion of bidding. If a redemption is ordered, the sale will be cancelled and all bidders will be notified. A cancellation may result in the item being offered for sale in a subsequent sale, either through public auction or private negotiated sale. Non paying bidders agree that they may be financially liable for any differance in lost sale values and buyers fees.
