Terms of Sale: Everything will be sold as is, where is, with no warranty or guarantee. All sales are final. All items must be paid for on sale day. All items must be removed by the first Tuesday following the auction at 5 p.m. All applicable sales taxes will be collected. Titles to vehicles will be mailed. Seller reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse the issuance of a bidder's number. Not responsible for accidents.
