Payment must be received within 2 business days after the auction conclusion. Cash, wire transfers, certified funds, or credit cards, and must be in U.S. Funds. Items not paid for within the required time will be charged to your credit card on file with proxibid along with a 5% convenience fee. Wire transfer fees & Sales Tax may apply. All credit card transactions subject to a 5% convenience fee.

You must include auction name and bidder number as a reference in your wire transfer to ensure proper credit. A $10 incoming wire transfer fee will be added to your invoice, and $20 for International wire transfers incoming wire transfer fee.
SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS: Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous, but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH AUCTION. This must be emailed to auction company following the conclusion of the auction. This auction will include sales tax on all items.

This is an online-only auction. All property is sold "AS IS" , and all sales are final. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Bachmann Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in no representations. In no event shall Bachmann Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present to preview the items understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
No property is to be removed from premises until paid for. All guarantees are between buyer and seller. All statements made by the auctioneer the day of sale shall take precedence over any printed or oral statements. There are no guarantees on shape or condition of the items or their boxes if any.

All toys will be charged a $5 handling fee per item for any toys being shipped, plus buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping and packaging fees. If your state does not border the state of Minnesota, all firearms will be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state and you will be responsible for a $70 per firearm shipping cost. Any firearms picked up at our office (By Minnesota and bordering state residents) are subject to a $15 administration fee per firearm and background checks will be conducted prior to handing any firearms out, with the exception of black powder muzzle loading firearms. All firearms requiring a permit to purchase or carry including pistols and assault type firearms will be shipped to an FFL dealer for any residents not from MN. Make sure to check with your local FFL dealers regarding their fees prior to bidding on any items if you are an out of state resident.
