An emailed invoice will be sent to the email address you have on file with Proxibid by the end of the day on Saturday, October 29. Please check your junk mail if you do not see it. It will be sent from ROCKFORD AUCTION CENTRE, rac@bmts.com. Payment for items is due in full by 3:00 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, November 1.
Terms: Cash, Cheque w/ID, Debit, Email Money Transfer, Wire Transfer, Visa, or MasterCard. All Internet bidders wishing to pay by Visa or MasterCard and have their items shipped must complete a Credit Card Payment Authorization form provided by Snider’s Sydenham Auction & Appraisal Services Inc. Proxibid can not provide us with this information.
At the discretion of the Auctioneer, payment may be required by either bank draft, Email money transfer, or wire transfer. The necessary banking information will be provided by the Auctioneer as required. Credit card information will still be required for shipping costs and the payment authorization form must be completed.
Shipping and handling charges will be extra and payable to the shipper (Snider’s Sydenham Auction & Appraisal Services Inc.). HST will not be charged on purchases being shipped to the United States, or as the law determines within Canada.

Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Snider’s Sydenham Auction & Appraisal Services Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Snider’s Sydenham Auction & Appraisal Services Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
