Buyer responsible for arranging and paying for pick up, shipping and handling fees. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer. Sales tax is not charged on titled vehicles or Real Estate. All taxes will be handled by buyer when they register the vehicle or close on real estate. Sales Tax is charged on MMA Ring, Medical Equipment & Cleaning Equipment unless a valid resale certificate is provided. Payment on all items is due by the Monday following the auction.
