Antique Victorian Ornate Etagere with glass doors and velvet side shelving. Approximately 60" wide, 24" deep, 100" tall. Descriptions are opinion only. Condition to be determined by bidder.

This auction will liquidate a beautiful two story home located on the Suwannee River in the Bell, Florida area. The items pictured are still located inside the home, which will be picked up by the successful high bidder or their representative on the Wednesday following the close of the auction on December 7th between 10:00am and 4:00pm. If special arrangements are needed, please contact the auction house immediately after the sale.
All items are sold “AS IS” and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are open to thorough public inspection on Sunday November 27th from 10:00am until 4:00pm. INSPECTION IS PROVIDED THROUGH APPOINTMENT ONLY! YOU MUST CONTACT HICKORY HILL AUCTIONS AT 850-228-5228 NO LATER THAN SATURDAY NOVEMBER 26TH TO SCHEDULE AN INSPECTION TIME. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. Hickory Hill Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no guarantees that these descriptions are accurate. In no event shall Hickory Hill Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchandise or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who are not present at preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Hickory Hill Auctions is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hickory Hill Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the timed auction. Hickory Hill Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction closes. Hickory Hill Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Items will be picked up by the bidder or their representatives Wednesday December 7th following the auction between 10:00am and 4:00pm. YOU MUST HAVE A PAID INVOICE BEFORE ANY ITEMS CAN BE REMOVED.
