Accepted methods of payment for this auction are: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. A 7% sales tax will be applied to purchases for Nebraska Residents BUT NOT ON COINS AND CURRENCY
If not previously asked for a different type of payment, we will charge your credit card for any lots you purchased plus buyers premium and postage cost after the auction.
The invoice will be included in your shipping package and you should receive the package with in 5-7 days of the auction. It is our intent to put them in the mail the next day.
If your card is declined then we will be calling you to figure out a payment method.
PLEASE UPDATE your credit card with proxi bid if (A) it expires,(B) lost your card (C) you change cards, (D) you get a divorce and your ex has your card ( we get yelled at pretty good on that one!!)

Grubaugh Auction Services may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Grubaugh Auction Services be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Grubaugh Auction Services shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Grubaugh Auction Services will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Grubaugh Auction Services is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Grubaugh Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. At the conclusion of the auction we will attempt to receive payment through your credit card held on file at Proxibid. The payment will include buyers premium and shipping charges. We ship almost all coins thru US Postal Service and each package is tracked. An invoice will be included in your package. You should be expecting your package within 3-7 days form auction date.
All shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling rates will be reflected on the final invoice. Items to be shipped will be mailed within 3 days following the end of the auction. Bidders picking up their purchases must do so within 2 days of payment or call us to make other arrangements; otherwise, the items will be considered abandoned.
