Invoices may be adjusted after you are the winning bidder. Final invoices will be sent.
Payment must be received within 2 business days after the auction conclusion. Cash, wire transfers, certified funds, or credit cards, and must be in U.S. Funds. Items not paid for within the required time will be charged to your credit card on file with proxibid along with a 5% convenience fee. All buyers using credit card must verify credit card information with the auction company within two business days after the end of the auction.
Wire transfer fees & Sales Tax may apply. All credit card transactions WILL BE charged a 5% convenience fee.

A $10 incoming wire transfer fee will be added to your invoice, and $20 for International wire transfers incoming wire transfer fee.
SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS: Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous, but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH AUCTION. This must be emailed to auction company following the conclusion of the auction. This auction will include sales tax on all items, buyer's premium on all items, packaging and shipping fees on all items that are shipped, and credit card convenience fee on all items charged to a credit card. Any items being shipped outside the state of Minnesota to a non-Minnesota resident will not be charged Minnesota sales tax.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present to preview the items understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. No property is to be removed from premises until paid for. All guarantees are between buyer and seller. All statements made by the auctioneer the day of sale shall take precedence over any printed or oral statements.
