Any items not picked up within the 10 day window and/or prior arrangements have not been made and acknowledged with Auction Company in writing, then the item will be will be moved to a holding area and will be subject to all transportation, handling fees and storage fees not to exceed $25.00 per day for storage. After 20 days from auction end the property will be re-tagged and resold at the Auction Companies digression through the auction process, and at the owner’s expense. All fees and charges including storage and commissions will be deducted from the sales price and the balance will be sent to them in the form of a company check mailed to their address on file.
