*The property in this Auction is being offered by the Auctioneer as an agent for the seller governed by the terms and conditions listed below. *Though all descriptions and commentary are believed to be correct, neither Auctioneer nor seller make any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, condition etc. *Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item before or during the sale. *Neither the Auctioneer nor the seller shall be liable for any personal injury on the sale premises. Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the items sold hereunder, and shall defend, indemnify, and save harmless seller and Auctioneer from any liability. *All announcements or revisions made the day of the Auction take precedence over any and all written materials. *Hill's Auctioneering Inc. has made every effort to provide the buyer with accurate item descriptions, however, it is the buyer''s ultimate responsibility to determine conditon, etc. All item measurements are for general approximations only and in no way should be considered to be exact. *Online Bidders acknowledge and understand that the online service may not function correctly the day of the Auction. Hill's Auctioneering Inc. will not be held liable for any claims against them or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live Auction. Hill's Auctioneering Inc. will not be held responsible for any missed bids while participating in the online Auction. *ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD, "AS IS, WHERE IS" The Buyer agrees that all payment disputes will be negotiatied between Hill's Auctioneering Inc. and the buyer. Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he or she make a chargeback on their credit card in relation to their purchases. *If the foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to Auctioneer and Seller by law, including without limitation, right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, the Auctioneer, at his option may (1) resell the property publicly or privately, with the purchaser being liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs incurred , or (2) cancel the sale, retaining all liquidated damages on all payments made by purchaser, Auctioneer commission and all other incidental damages will be charged. *A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made him or herself acquainted with these terms and conditions of the sale and has agreed to be bound by them.
