Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Fojtik Auction and Equipment Co. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Fojtik Auction and Equipment Co. is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Fojtik Auction and Equipment Co. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Fojtik Auction and Equipment Co. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Fojtik Auction and Equipment Co. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Vehicle Titles: Document fee is $50.00, unless you are a dealer. You must see or talk to Brandy about TT&L on titles or call her at (361) 547-9400. Titles will be mailed out in two weeks!!! Deadline for removal is Wed February 1st, 2017 by 3:00 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made. New Wire Transfer Procedure: Any Wire Transfers must be completed and funds transferred in full by Monday January 30th, 2017 Partial wires WILL NOT BE accepted. Loading of Equipment will begin on Sunday after 9am. Loading is free on the day of auction only. REMEMBER to send buyers invoice (receipt) with your drivers. Merchandise will not be released until invoice is paid in full.
