IMPORTANT INFO: Please Pay Special Attention to the Following for online bidding: Preview will be on Wednesday, February 15th from 9:00am to 3:00pm and the morning of the auction starting at 8:00am. All bidders are encouraged to preview all items before bidding as bidder must rely on their own judgment of item prior to bidding on items. Payment: You will receive an invoice after the auction via email. Please call our office for final totals if you plan to pay by wire transfer or if you plan to pay onsite with credit card as the amounts due will change based on fees for these payment options. We do not take credit cards over the phone or without being present. It is your responsibility to pay your invoice in full before 3:00pm Mon, Feb 20th. Removal, loading, shipping, and all associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be completed by 3pm on March 7th excluding Fridays, Weekends and Tuesday, February 28th for Mardi Gras Holiday. Hours are by appointment from 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday – Thursday (no removal on Tue, Feb 28th). Titles will be given to the purchasers after full payment has been made once they pick up their items or it will be mailed once payment is received. We charge a 15% buyer premium for every item purchased. The tax rate is 9.75%, when applicable. There is a $25 notary fee that applies to all titled/bill of sale items. All items in this auction are Subject to Reserve. All items are being sold “AS IS WHERE IS” with no guarantees or warranties either expressed or implied. Payment

Full payment from all internet bidders must be received before 3PM on Mon, Feb 20th. Payment by cash, cashier's check or wire transfer. Any Personal and Company Checks must have a bank letter of reference guaranteeing payment, unless prior arrangements have been made. All checks must be made payable to ServCorp International, Inc. No bank drafts will be accepted. All purchases, including buyers premium, are subject to sales tax unless you have a valid sales tax exemption. An Invoice will be emailed to you if you are the high bidder within a few hours after the auction has been completed. There is a $20 fee for all bank wire transfers. Please contact auctioneer if you chose this method of payment for wire instructions and new total. If you prefer to use a credit card, you may do so ONLY by paying at the auction site by Visa, Mastercard, & Discover (A 3% convenience fee will be added to all Credit Card Purchases). All bids are final. All items are sold as is / where is no warranty expressed or implied. Inspection prior to bidding is recommended and available.

This pertains to online bidding only, all onsite bidders see catalog or auction announcement for terms. All bidders onsite must register onsite to bid. The auction is open to public, but all persons wishing to participate in bidding online via the live auction day internet broadcast, must register for the auction through proxibid.com and obtain a bid card number. A valid credit card is used for bidding approval only. Please note that all items may not be available for internet bidding. Please do not submit your registration more than once. Approvals are typically processed within a few hours during normal business hours. To insure that your approval is completed in time for the sale, we recommend that you submit your registration before sale day. The registration you submit online is ONLY good for internet bidding, not onsite bidding. This sale will be conducted by ServCorp International, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ”Auctioneer” or “Auctioneers” or “Auction Company”). By registering to bid, or by placing a bid, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein and any other announced terms and conditions of the auction in print or verbally made by the Auctioneer at the auction on auction day. ServCorp International, Inc. is providing Internet online bidding as a service to Bidder. The auction records of the auction made by ServCorp International, Inc. shall be binding & conclusive to all parties. When the auctioneer says 'sold' Bidder assumes full responsibility for the merchandise purchased. Should an article be offered with reserve, the item will be listed as Subject To Reserve and confirmation from seller will need to be given before the item can officially be declared sold. There are vehicles, trailers, etc. in this auction that require title work and therefore are subject to a $25 notary fee per item. 1. Payment Terms: Cash, cashier’s checks, certified checks, bank wire and money orders will be accepted. A wire transfer charge of $20 will be added to cover wire fee for any wire transfers. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview or live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect the property as well as if they examined it in person. All items in this auction are Subject to Reserve as required by law. 4. All disassembly, loading, shipping, removal or any other associated costs of the purchases are the buyer’s sole responsibility. No items shall, on any account, be removed or shipped prior to full payment. Loading is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer must supply their own handling equipment and personnel unless otherwise stated. The buyer must repair/replace any damage that occurs during removal. Buyer agrees that Auctioneer has no liability for loss or damage to items left for any period of time at the premises of the Auction. As merchandise becomes the full responsibility of any Bidder/Buyer who purchases merchandise at time of the acceptance or the bid, the Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including, but not limited to, the time that the merchandise remains on the premises of the Auction Site and if it has to be moved due to purchaser not picking up within allowed time. 5.Online Buyer’s will have until Mon, Mar 7th, not including Fridays, weekends or Tue, Feb 28th for Mardi Gras Holiday, for removal of their purchases. Any purchases not removed by Mar 7th, will be moved to ServCorp’s location in Slidell and will incur a loading, moving and storage fee and purchaser will be contacted to discuss options. Failure to remove within allowed time could result in forfeiture of items purchased along with any payments received by auctioneer for said merchandise; items may be considered abandoned. Buyer acknowledges that if buyer’s purchases have to be moved because buyer failed to pick up within the allowed times that all expenses incurred are owed by the buyer and that the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property that had to be moved. Auctioneer HIGHLY recommends buyers remove all purchases within the specified removal dates and times. 6. If any shortages exist on counts, an adjustment will be made only if claims are made at time of removal. No adjustments as to counts will be allowed after purchased items are removed from the premises. 7. All purchases required to be taxed are subject to Louisiana and Jefferson Parish sales tax unless you have a sales tax exemption. A valid sales tax certificate must be provided prior to auction day; failure to provide a certificate will require the payment of sales tax on all purchases. Tax will be collected on final bid amount plus any buyer’s premium when applicable. 8. Buyer must pay for each item upon which his bid is accepted by the Auctioneer’s declaration to the sale clerk. Any Buyer who purchases an item agrees to pay, in addition to the sales price, a 15% Buyers Premium (per item purchased), which will be added to the sales price before taxes. Any items requiring a title/bill of sale will have an additional $25 notary fee added to the item. Buyer also agrees to pay any additional fees pertaining to payment method chosen, if applicable. All items in the auction are 'as is, where is', no warranty expressed or implied. 9. Any winning bidder that does not pay for and claim items will not be allowed to register at future auctions and furthermore, items that are paid for but not removed will also cause same consequence for buyer. Auctioneer is not responsible for security of items purchased, which include lost, stolen or damaged items. 10. The buyer hereby assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and sellers from any and all current or future claim, damages and liabilities from injuries to person or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. Neither auctioneer nor Seller assumes responsibility for any accidents or loss due to theft, fire, vandalism, or personal injury. BY signing into and placing a bid at this auction, bidder is hereby stating that they have read, understand and agree to all of the above terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any announcements made by auctioneer on auction day.
