(8) PLANTER UNITS

Registration Requirement: A valid credit card is required for registering only. After registering and receiving a buyer?s number, you are now ready to participate in the auction. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and any other determinative factor. All property is sold "AS-IS WHERE-IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Kingstree Auction Company may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Kingstree Auction Company be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value and agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Kingstree Auction is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Kingstree Auction Company or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Kingstree Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Kingstree Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items. Titles: Titles will not be made available to the purchaser on the day of the sale. The title will be mailed to the purchaser within 30 business days after the settlement. There are no titles available for items that are marked 'No Title' or 'NT'. After equipment is purchased on the auction, it is the buyer?s responsibility to pick up the items purchased within 2 weeks after the sale. Kingstree Auction Company, LLC. is not responsible for guarding equipment left on the sale yard after the day of the auction. Bidding: In the event of a tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bidding between those two bidders. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in best interest to the client of his seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. Auction Area: ALL SPECTATORS AT THE AUCTION SITE ARE THERE AT THEIR OWN RISK! It is known that an auction site is potentially dangerous due to the operation of heavy equipment. Regardless of any cause, Kingstree Auction Company, LLC., will not be held responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site.
