AUCTION
This auction is conducted by Tim Barkley auctioneer, DBA USA Auction, New Concord, Ohio. Licensed and bonded in favor of the State Of Ohio.
All items are sold as-is. It is the responsibility of each individual bidder to determine the condition PRIOR to clicking on the bid button. As-is takes precedence over any description or statement by the auctioneer and/or auction staff either in online listing or on the day of the auction.
COIN GRADES ARE HIGHLY SUBJECTIVE. As coin grading is highly subjective, any grade given unless by a professional grading company (PCGS, NCG, etc.) should be taken as an estimate or suggestion only. Please schedule a preview or use the attached photos to assist you in determining grade yourself prior to bidding. We take pictures using both a digital camera and a digital microscope so that we can provide you a variety of pictures to grade the coins from.
NO RETURNS - NO CHARGE BACKS ACCEPTED.
All items will be sold without minimums or reserves. All bids are confidential and USA Auction cannot see your maximum bid. The Auctioneer has sole discretion to handle any tied bids or disputed bids. Auctioneer retains the right to reject any and all bids, and to advance the bidding at his discretion.
