Payment Instructions: We will charge your credit card you have on file with Proxibid, unless you contact us BEFORE the auction that you would like to pay with cash, check, or wire transfer. Wire transfer is accepted with a $20 additional fee. Returned check fee is $35. Your credit card on file will be charged a second time after we have calculated your actual shipping costs. No items will be shipped until your credit card is charged for shipping costs.
All toys online start at $20. Live bidders at auction do not have this floor.
If you are claiming your sales tax exemption for resale, agricultural, or parts exemption, you will need to fill out the Nebraska Form 13. We will email it to you after the auction. You must fill out, sign, and email or mail to us.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. All firearms will be shipped for actual shipping costs. Shipping costs include all aspects of shipping, handling and insurance. If you purchase both long guns and pistols, which require separate shipping, you will be charged for shipping for each. A copy of your transferring dealers FFL must be provided by email to Adam Marshall Auctioneers, LLC. Guns will shipped following receipt of FFL documentation and full payment. It is preferred to have a copy of your FFL license in our office no later than five (5) business days from purchase. If documentation does not clear, then gun or guns shall be resold and purchase price will be refunded minus 25% handling expenses.
If wanting to pickup your firearm, you will need to complete a form 4473, and must present a government issued ID and Concealed Carry Permit or a Nebraska Firearms purchase permit. Firearms that are picked up are charged a $10 per gun transfer fee.

Adam Marshall Auctioneers will charge your credit card on file with Proxibid unless you contact the auction company before the auction. If you plan to pick up your items, please call us after the auction. We will ship your purchased items to the address on file Proxibid. Items will be shipped within 10 days of the auction. Shipping and packing will be done by a local packing/mailing company and non-firearm items will be shipped via Fedex or USPS. Actual shipping/packing costs +3% will be charged to the buyers credit card on file before we ship the buyers purchased items. Adam Marshall Auctioneers believes the cost of packing and shipping are reasonable. Adam Marshall Auctioneers is not responsible for damaged or broken goods during shipment.

In no event shall Adam Marshall Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any assurance of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Adam Marshall Auctioneers shall not be responsible for any errors and omissions in the description of the items. Bidder agrees that everything is sold in "as is" condition and that they may not return items they purchased.
