Bidding is open to anyone who has a registered number and each item is sold to the highest bidder unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. The auctioneer will announce the item is “sold”, the “price”, and the successful “bidder number”. Any disputes with the bid, must be brought to the auctioneer’s attention at this time. Once an item has been sold to your number you are legally obligated to complete the purchase. Do not bid if you are not willing or able to fully pay for the items. All sales are final! A 13% Buyer’s Premium will be accessed on all lots in the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All titled items have a $50 processing fee, Misc. items have a $10 processing fee, and personal property has a $7.50 processing fee. Removal items must not be moved until paid in full. Affiliated Auctioneers is not responsible for theft or damages of any sold items. Once Affiliated Auctioneers announces sold it is the Buyers responsibility to pay and secure the items.
