We accept cash, credit card, personal or company checks (out of County checks must have a Bank letter of guarantee, unless prior arrangements have been made). These letters of guarantee can be emailed to us prior to the auction. All buyers are subject to 8.25% sales tax unless: (1) Buyer has resale certification (2) Buyer has Texas Agricultural Registration Number (you can apply for this number on line at www.getreadytexas.org) If you do not bring a copy of your Texas Ag card or resale certificate you will pay tax, no exceptions. Buyer purchasing item(s) online and hiring a freight company out of state must furnish a Bill of Laden. All announcements on sale day supersede all oral or printed matter regardless of the medium.
