Pontiac Chieftain V8 4 speed automatic! In beautiful restored condition completed 25 years ago. This is the only example that has been in this country for the past 3 years. The car drives drives very well, looks the part and gets compliments were ever it goes! wheels are superb, engine is sweet, very nice looking, imposing car.

Payment deadline is within a week of purchase. We are accepting card, debit and credit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express. Card payments cannot be taken over the phone. The Buyer “Bid” an offer to purchase a Lot at a price given by the Auctioneer; It is a condition of the contract for the sale of the Lot to You that You pay to the Auctioneer the Buyer’s Commission which is a sum equal to 10% of the Purchase Price [plus VAT] (15% for automobilia) and which represents part of the consideration due to the Auctioneer for the Auctioneer’s facilitation of the sale of the Lot. In the event that the sale of the Lot is not completed because of any breach by the successful bidder under these Terms and Condition agrees to undertake and to compensate the Auctioneer in full in respect of the Buyer’s premium (commission) that would have been payable along with any other fees that would have been due to the Auctioneer from the Seller if the sale of the Lot had been completed [plus VAT where applicable]. Buyers using Proxibid will be subject to their fees. REGISTERING Any person who wishes to bid on a Lot must first be registered with the auctioneer. Registration is required for every Auction. Only Lots with the vehicle registration number included within the catalogue description and relevant paperwork for the lot will have the vehicle registration number transferred to the successful Bidder. Any description of a Lot is purely provided as a guide for potential Bidders. Each Bidder must take reasonable steps to satisfy themselves that the Lot is suitable for their purposes. All Lots are made available for personal inspection for 4 days prior to the auction and we ask all bidders to take full advantage of this facility prior to bidding.
