1. Everything sells where is as is without an written or assumed warranty or guarantee. All items have been checked prior to the auction and are assumed in good working condition.
2. All sales are final.
3. Bid accordingly as there are no returns.
4. If a Buyer from Proxibid is the successful winner of an item, Proxibid will send an invoice with 15% Buyers Premium plus 7% sales tax to the Buyer and the Buyer then needs to make their payment to Backes Auctioneers within 2 working days and contact us at 800.876.8070 for payment method.
5. Removal is buyers responsibility. Contact information will be given to the successful purchaser. All equipment must be removed within two weeks unless you work out a deal with the Owner. Most large items will be already be palletized for shipping.
