Buyers will be able to obtain a Michigan title with the Bill of Sale. Buyers outside of Michigan may be required to pay Michigan sales tax to obtain vehicle title.

Vehicles not removed from storage by 1/24/12 will be charged $20.00 per day storage fee.
Bidders whose address is in excess of 50 miles from the auction storage location MUST contact the auction company (586) 213-1540, to confirm that they have intentions of bidding on items and completing sales from their location. Bidders who fail to notify the auction company prior to bidding will have their bids declined until the auction company is contacted for verification.
Successful high bidder will be required to post a minimum 20% non refundable deposit with the auction company by 5:00 pm 4/24/17, with full balance due no later than 4:00 pm 4/26/17. If high bidder should fail to post the required deposit within the time posted, the deposit will be charged to the credit card on file for the bidder. In the event that a deposit can not be collected, the sale will be considered immediately null and negated, the vehicle will be offered for sale again as soon as possible. Failure to complete the transaction as described will cancel the sale, and any monies collected as a deposit will be considered forfeited and the vehicle will be offered for sale again as soon as possible. In the event the vehicle must be offered in a secondary sale, any deficiency in the subsequent sale price will result in collection efforts to be pursued against the original bidder.
