This lot of Assorted Lights and Ceiling Fans (Top Brand Manufacturers) have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are being sold as an asset liquidation by its owner. The seller is selling this lot as Three (3) Containers. This is the minimum quantity that is being offered. The seller has more of the same type of lots available. Details for this lot are listed below: This lot of lighting, fans, chandeliers, sconces, vanity lighting and fixtures, and more are available for sale by the container load. There is no inventory, we have attached a manifest that represented the last lot that was sold, so you can see the type of items that were included in the lot. The 3 containers that represented the sold manifest had a retail value of $703,428. Three (3) 40' container holds approxiametely 2,400 units and has an approximate retail value of $700,000. The reserve price is less than 10% of the retail value! The buyer of this lot can be present during loading of these goods to your truck or container. The seller said that mix of these 3 containers will be pretty consistant regarding quantity and value of these goods. The seller is willing to replace pallets as long as the pallets are not buried within the warehouse - anything that is in the staging area can be exchanged with other comparable lighting fixtures. Each container holds 20 pallets (6' to 7' high) and additional goods can be hand stacked on top of these pallets.
