- This lot is for the contents of this storage unit.
- The lot number is the unit number and will identify it as such.
- Storage Units Will Be Sold live and online.
- Catalog is subject to change based on tenants paying off units.
- A Video Live Stream will be broadcast Via Facebook using Live video during the auction. No photos will be taken prior to the opening of the door. Click this link for the live stream
- A $75.00 unit deposit will be charged for each unit purchased above and beyond the bid price
- A 7% buyer's premium will be charged to online bidders plus 7% sales tax,
Payment
Verify billing (credit card) and shipping information on Proxibid are accurate to avoid additional costs and prevent shipping delays. Purchases of $5000.00 or more can be paid via wire transfer.
Credit cards currently on file with Proxibid will be charged within 24 hours upon completion of the auction. Merchandise must be paid for in full prior to being removed or picked up from the auction site.
Nebraska residents (and local out-of-state buyers picking up items) are subject to 7% NE sales tax. In order to be considered tax exempt, a Nebraska form 13 must be on file with Auction Solutions, Inc. Vehicle(s) titles are held until payment clears.
Contact the Auction Company prior to the auction close if you plan to pay by any method other than the credit card on file with Proxibid. Declined cards are subject to a $35.00 administrative processing fee and may affect the ability to bid on future auctions.
Unclaimed items will be considered abandoned 5 days following the auction close. A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed, and the item(s) resold. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
Postage and handling charges will be billed separately once items have been packed and prepared for shipping.

Because we do not know what will be discovered when we open the doors, the following additional terms apply to Firearms, Alcohol and Titled Vehicles
Firearms: Will be turned in to management for investigation by the authorities. No firearms will be sold immediately upon discovery.
Alcohol: Purchaser must be 21 years of age or over and must sign an affidavit that the alcohol is for personal use only and will not be resold.
Titled Vehicles: Any titled vehicles discovered day of sale will be set aside until it can be verified that there are no liens or encumbrances against that vehicle.
We will accept Cash and Credit Cards Only at this Auction, NO CHECKS
Terms: Payment must be made with Cash or Credit Card only. All items must be paid for day of sale, prior to removal. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items sold on "as is where is" basis. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. Once the auctioneer says sold that item becomes yours. All sales are final.
