Payment
All payments must be received by 4PM, Monday, July 3rd.
Payment by cash, cashier's check or wire transfer. Bank wires will have a $20 fee added to the invoice to cover bank charge. Payments by Paypal and Credit cards will have a 3% additional fee added to payment.
Any Personal and Company Checks must have a bank letter of guarantee. All checks must be made payable to ServCorp International, Inc. No bank drafts will be accepted.
Credit cards (V/MC/D) will only be accepted onsite as a form of payment (card must be present) & will be have an additional 3% convenience fee added to invoice.
Paypal payments will be accepted but will have an additional 3% fee added to invoice.
All purchases are subject to sales tax unless you have a sales tax exemption presented to auction company prior to sale ending.
An Invoice will be emailed to you if you are the high bidder within a few hours after the auction has been completed. Auction company will inquire as to your form of payment prior to sending invoice.
All sales final, no refunds.

This is an auction of items from the overstock & returns department of Macy's. This auction may also contain additional items that the auctioneer decides to add to the auction. All items are sold "AS IS", no warranty expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Please be advised before placing a bid that these items could be one of the following: Returned Item, Discontinued Product, Damaged Product or Overstock Items. ServCorp International Inc is not responsible for any damaged or missing items, please inspect all items before placing a bid. Lots 1 to 97 are part of the 'returns' from Macy's. Any additional lots added will be general merchandise added by the auctioneer.
This is a timed auction with staggered ending times. Each lot will close 1 minute after the lot before it. For additional information on how timed events work, please contact Proxibid.
VIEWING: Weekdays from 8AM to 4:30PM. We encourage every bidder to come and personally inspect all items before bidding, all items sold "as is", no warranty. These items (lots 1 to 97)are "RETURNS: and could be missing parts, inoperable, scratched, dented, damaged, overstock and/or discontinued items. Other items may be added to this auction by auctioneer that are not part of the Macy's 'returns'.
The catalog is furnished as a guide only and all information contained therein is true and correct to the best of our knowledge, but is in no way guaranteed as to the accuracy of description made. Auctioneers will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Personal inspection of the items is highly recommended so you, the bidder, can be the judge of the items for yourself.
PAYMENT: All items must be paid for by 4PM, Monday, July 3rd. If purchases are not settled by date stated, purchaser is in default. Any non-paying bidder will be banned from future auctions.
SALES TAX: Sales tax rate is 9.75% and will be added to the purchase price (incl. buyer's premium) of all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must provide a resale certificate before the auction closes otherwise you will pay sales tax.
PICKUP: All purchases must be removed by Friday July 7, 2017 by 4PM (excluding July 4th). Pick up time is from 8AM to 4:30PM. We will not ship your items. Items left more than 7 days after the scheduled load out will be subject to a $5.00 per day per item storage fee. Items left more than 30 days after the load out will be considered abandoned/forfeited and will be resold and monies will be retained by auction company. Bidder in default will be banned from future auctions. Please make sure you are aware of this information before bidding. Please be sure to bring any tools, boxes, packing materials and help needed to remove your items. Purchaser is responsible for all costs of removal.
Nothing will be removed until paid in full.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% buyers premium applies to final bid price.
Any Bidder who purchases an item agrees to pay, in addition to the sales price, a 15% Buyers Premium (per item purchased), which will be added to the sales price before taxes, and agrees to pay any additional fees charged by auction company as stated in the payment terms depending on payment type selected.
By registering for and bidding at this auction, I am stating that I have read and understand the above statements and that I am responsible for all purchases/bids made by me with my bidder number. When I am awarded the bid and declared the Buyer by the Auctioneer, I agree to pay for my purchases in the allotted payment time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
