Invoices will be emailed out the morning after the auction. Auction company will charge your credit card on file with Proxibid for your invoice total on July 7th. If you want to pay cash or check at pickup, please let us know before the auction ends. Cash and check payments can be made at pickup. All shipping charges will be charged when your items are ready to be shipped. 1. All bidding is online. This auction will begin to close on Thursday July 6th at 6:00 PM. Lots will close approximately every 30 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. If there is a bid on an item within the last 2 minutes, bidding will extend on that item for 2 minute. This will continue until there are no bids on that item in the last 2 minutes. 2. A preview for GUNS ONLY will be held on Wednesday, July 5th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at our office located at 4009 6th Ave, Suite 5, Kearney, NE 68845 (Eagle Nest Plaza - North of Goodwill) - Watch for auction signs 3. Pickup of your winning purchases will be separate for Toys and Guns. Toys - Saturday, July 8th from 9-11 AM at our office 4009 6th Ave, Suite 5, Kearney, NE 68845 Guns - Saturday, July 8th from 1-3 at a different location just south of Kearney. Address will be given with your invoice. Shipping is available and detailed below. 4. GUN BUYERS - Adam Marshall Auctioneers requires that purchasers of firearms must have in their possession the day of the auction a Concealed Carry Permit, Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit or FFL license. All gun and ammo buyers must be 21 years of age or older. Every buyer will complete a form 4473. For out of state buyers, we will ship the firearm to an FFL in their state of residence and no transfer fee. There will be a $10 transfer fee per gun. There is no transfer fee for blackpowder rifles or handguns. 5. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items. 6. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted or guaranteed. Measurements are approximate. Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc. Any mention of an items condition is not an official grading of the items condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly. 7. NOTICE: Auction Company will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by (July 8th, 2017). Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. 8. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction. 9. Auction company reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 10. Applicable taxes include NE sales tax of 7%. If claiming an exception for resale, you will need to fill out a NE Form 13. 11. This auction has a 15% buyer's premium and 7% NE sales tax. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $115.00 with sales tax of $8.05 for a total due of $123.05. 12. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. 13. SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. All firearms will be shipped for actual shipping costs. Shipping costs include all aspects of shipping, handling and insurance. If you purchase both long guns and pistols, which require separate shipping, you will be charged for shipping for each. A copy of your transferring dealers FFL must be provided by email to Adam Marshall Auctioneers, LLC. Guns will shipped following receipt of FFL documentation and full payment. It is preferred to have a copy of your FFL license in our office no later than five (5) business days from purchase. If documentation does not clear, then gun or guns shall be resold and purchase price will be refunded minus 25% handling expenses. Items will be shipped within 10 days close of the auction. If wanting to pickup your firearm, you will need to complete a form 4473, and must present a government issued ID and Concealed Carry Permit or a Nebraska Firearms purchase permit. Firearms that are picked up are charged a $10 per gun transfer fee, except black powder guns. 14. There will be a $40 returned check fee for any declined check received. 15. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. Adam Marshall Auctioneers are members of the National and State Auctioneers Associations. Non-paying and/or fraudulent bidder names may be shared with other auction companies. 16. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Unclaimed lots may incur up to a $25 removal fee based on the size of the items. 17. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final.
