We encourage bidders to pick up their items as Auction Company is not in the business of packaging and shipping; however we will do our best to assist in putting you in touch with a company to handle your shipping needs. Auction Company is not responsible for damage during packaging and/or shipping. If Auction Company has to handle packaging, a handling fee per item will be charged and must be paid prior to item being removed from auction premises. Buyers are responsible for and agree to pay for their own shipping. No foreign shipments will be handled. We are not associated with any shipping companies and make no guarantees as to their services. All questions regarding shipping should be addressed before you bid/purchase item(s). We are an Auction Company not a storage facility. Lots left more than 7 days after the scheduled removal are considered abandoned/forfeited and are subject to being re-sold, donated and/or thrown away with Auction Company retaining any monies collected for such ‘forfeited items’. Bidder will be banned from all future auctions for being in default and for interfering with the Auction Sale. Bidder will only be removed from the banned list once they have paid the hammer price, buyer’s premium and sales tax that they agreed to pay when registering for the auction. However, even if a bidder pays in full for the "forfeit item" nothing will be shipped to that bidder and they will not be able to pick up the forfeit items. Forfeited items are no longer the property of the buyer. Nothing will be removed until paid in full. BUYER'S PREMIUM: An 18% buyers premium applies to final bid price.
