Purchases shall be paid in full within 24 hours of auction, and prior to removal. Live Bidder's Buyer Premium: A fifteen percent (15%) buyer premium will be added to your high bid amount to determine your full purchase amount. INTERNET BUYER PREMIUM: The purchaser is the person making the last and final acceptable bid. A eighteen percent buyer premium will be added to the high bid to determine the total purchase price. An additional three percent fee will be added to purchases paid for by credit card. Preview: A preview is scheduled for July 24 (9-3) and beginning at 9am on day of auction. Bidders who bid from off site and were not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect the items as well as if they had examined them in person. By bidding On Line you waive your right to inspection. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, value or other determining factors. Auctioneers shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the property unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation. As-Is: Bidders agree that everything is sold as-is and that they may not retract their bid(s), or return any item(s) they purchase. Removal: Removal and transport of purchases shall be the buyer(s) responsibility. On line purchases cannot be removed until payment in full is made by guaranteed funds or credit card. Removal is July 26 till 5, July 27 9-3, any additional removal time must be approved by our office prior to the beginning of the live auction.
