All items sold on strict cash terms and on an AS-IS and Where-IS Basis with no returns. Restocking fees will be charged on returns. The restocking fees differ per item but are generally $25-50. We are not experts and the final inspection is ultimately the purchaser's responsibility. If the purchaser or a third party on behalf of the purchaser would like to inspect the items, we are more than happy to accommodate them. All purchasers MUST send us an FFL (or C&R on applicable guns) to have there guns shipped to them, regardless of your states rules and regulations. The only exceptions to this rule are Black Powders & BB Guns. We are a federally licensed Firearm Dealer and ALL FEDERAL REGULATIONS APPLY. All firearms will be shipped within 10 business days after receiving FFL & Payment. Please ask first with any and all questions, it is easier to deal with it ahead of time vs. later.
