DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS: If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same or put the lot up for sale again at once, and resell to the highest bidder. The auctioneer’s decision shall be final and absolute. RECORDS: The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. 1) PAYMENT: Invoices will be generated at the close of all items for that particular auction. We cannot combine invoices for different auctions. Once invoices are generated: Please call us for processing. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover are accepted. Sorry, at this time we do not accept PayPal. You may also pay cash in person, cashier’s check, or personal check with letter of guarantee from your bank dated within 3 days of auction end date. All items must be picked up by this date. If item is to be shipped please contact us at the end of the auction to arrange shipping. Any items remaining after pick up date, either paid or unpaid, will be considered abandoned and forfeited, but buyer is still under contract to pay. You may designate someone else to pick up your items for you; they will need to bring a paid copy of your invoice with them. If a buyer does not pay the total amount due on or before the last day of the auction pick up and does not contact the auctioneer to make arrangements for payment then the auctioneer will have no choice but to suspend the buyer’s account and refer their account and outstanding invoices to a debt-collection agency and/or pursue amounts due in small claims court. 3) There is a buyer's premium added on top of the winning bid amount. 4) Sales tax will be added to invoice unless you have filled out a valid resale tax form with us and added your sales tax number to your profile under "my account" section. Only Texas residents are subject to sales tax. 5) All items are sold, as is-where is, no warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are FINAL! All descriptions are believed to be accurate, however, all bidding and buying is based solely on bidder's personal inspection and/or opinion of the items. It is the bidder's responsibility to: (a) Perform all inspections of the items and to be satisfied as to its description, condition and/or authenticity prior to bidding. (b) Independently verify any information they deem important including information available. (c) Verify all information contained in the item description and all promotional materials, including, but not limited to, photographs, dimensions, conditions, etc. These were provided by or on behalf of the seller and are believed to be correct; however, neither the seller nor the auction company makes any promise, representation, guarantee, or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of such information. Bidder agrees that by placing a bid on any item they are bound by this bidder's contract and agreement for auction terms and conditions. 7) Buyer is responsible for providing the supplies (boxes, packing material, tools & equipment, etc) necessary, as well as the physical labor for dismantling, rigging, crating, loading, hauling, carrying and lifting of any items that they have purchased at their own expense and risk. Bold Bids, L.L.C. is NOT responsible for any damage during loading, packing, removal or transport. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: Shipping is available on small items that can be ground shipped via USPS, UPS or FED EX. ALL SHIPPING IS TO BE THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILTY. BOLD BIDS WILL DROP OFF SMALL ITEMS AT LOCAL UPS STORE AND THE STORE WILL CONTACT THE BUYER FOR PAYMENT OF SHIPPING. Buyer must notify us no later than the day of the pick up date if items need to be shipped. Bold Bids, L.L.C. is not responsible for shipping damage.
