Auction opens on Wednesday August 23rd at 9am. Lots start closing at 3pm eastern time on August 30th. Registration: Bidder agrees that the terms listed shall govern the online auction. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older and register on this site with current, complete and accurate information. Bidding on any item indicates the bidder’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of Alfred’s Auctions online policy. Items for sale have wear that reflects their years of use. As a result, honest wear is to be expected. If you need to know the fine points of condition, please attend the preview. We prefer you examine all items prior to making your bids. Failure to inspect items before bidding will not be cause for failure to complete transactions by nonpayment on lots purchased, nor will discounts be considered. Page 2 Invoices will be emailed shortly after the completion of the last lot being offered is sold. Payments must be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payments must be received by Thursday August 31st @5pm. No payments will be accepted at pick up location A 8.5% buyer’s premium will be added to the gavel price for each lot sold online at Alfred’s Auctions. Prospective bidders agree that any item purchased by them must be paid for in full in a timely manner Payment: YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR INVOICE. Alfred’s Auctions accepts Visa, MasterCard, Wire Transfer, Certified Check or Cash (delivered to my office only) as payment for items purchased. There will be a late fee of 1.5% (one and a half percent) with a minimum of $10 on all invoices not paid within 3 days after the auction. Pick up Days and Times; Thursday August 31st 8 am to 3 pm. Friday September 1st from 8 am to 3 pm. Closed Monday September 4th in observance of Labor Day. Tuesday September 5th from 8 am to 3 pm. Wednesday September 6th from 8 am to 3 pm. Thursday September 7th from 8 am to 3 pm. Friday September 8th from 8 am to 3 pm The best times to travel in and out of the area are in by 9 am and out by 2 pm (in between rush hours) Removal: The bidder agrees that all items must be removed by 3 pm on Friday September 8 by 3 pm. After the final removal date, there will be a storage fee of $25 per day per item charged to the bidder. If after 5 business days (September 15th) the item(s) are not removed the merchandise will revert to the seller and there will be no refund of any kind.
