Dumpster Attachment

All settlements are due by the conclusion of the auction. Settlements less than $10,000.00 are to be paid in full. Settlements greater than $10,000.00 require a 25% deposit on day of auction with balance paid in full within 5 days of auction. Any accounts not settled in 5 days will accrue interest and reasonable storage fees. Buyer's premium will be added to all purchases. All items must be paid in full before items can leave auction yard. Sliding Scale Per Item: Items from .01 to $500 have a 12% buyer's premium Anything over $500 is 7% Sales tax: 9.75% for first $3200 of purchase and 7% for the balance over $3200
