If purchases are not settled by date stated, purchaser is in default. Any non-paying bidder will be banned from future auctions and will forfeit all items bid. Bidder will only be removed from the banned list once they have paid the hammer price, buyer’s premium and sales tax that they agreed to pay when registering for the auction, however they will have no claim to the item(s) forfeited due to not paying within the agreed upon timeframe. See payment instructions for payment options. SALES TAX: Sales tax rate is 9.75% and will be added to the purchase price (incl. buyer's premium) of all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must provide a resale certificate before the auction closes otherwise you will pay sales tax. PICKUP: All purchases must be removed by Tuesday, October 10, 2017 by 4PM. Pick up time is from 8AM to 4PM on weekdays. Please be sure to bring any tools, boxes, packing materials and help needed to remove your items. We are an Auction Company not a shipping company; therefore we encourage all bidders to pick up their items within the allotted removal times. We have provided information for shipping companies; however we are not associated with any of the companies listed and make no guarantees as to their services. We provide this information as a courtesy only. Auction Company is not responsible for damage during packaging and/or shipping. If Auction Company has to bring items to the shipper, a handling fee per lot will be charged and must be paid prior to item being removed from auction premises. Buyers are responsible for and agree to pay for their own shipping to shipping company including any handling fee due to Auction Company. No foreign shipments will be handled. All questions regarding shipping should be addressed before you bid/purchase item(s). Please take shipping fees into consideration when bidding. If you determine after the item(s) is bid that shipping is too expensive you are still obligated to pay for your purchases by your registering and agreeing to the terms to bid in this auction. The local UPS Store in our area provides packaging and shipping services and will be able to take your payment over the phone. Their information has been listed in the shipping area. We have also contacted PakMail in our area, but as of the posting of the auction, auction company has not heard back. Their information will be posted in the shipping area once auction company obtains information from them. As stated before, buyer is responsible for all packaging, shipping and handling charges. We are an Auction Company not a storage facility. Lots left after the scheduled removal are considered abandoned/forfeited and are subject to being re-sold, donated and/or thrown away with Auction Company retaining any monies collected for such ‘abandoned/forfeited items’. Bidder will be banned from all future auctions for being in default and for interfering with the Auction Sale. Even if a bidder pays in full for the "abandoned/forfeited item" nothing will be shipped to that bidder and they will not be able to pick up the forfeit items; Abandoned/Forfeited items are no longer the property of the buyer. Nothing will be removed until paid in full. BUYER'S PREMIUM: An 18% buyers premium applies to final bid price. A 3% discount is offered for cash payments only.
