If purchases are not settled by date stated, purchaser is in default. Any non-paying bidder will be banned from future auctions and will forfeit all items bid. Bidder will only be removed from the banned list once they have paid the hammer price, buyer's premium and sales tax that they agreed to pay when registering for the auction, however they will have no claim to the item(s) forfeited due to not paying within the agreed upon time frame. See payment instructions for payment options. SALES TAX: Sales tax rate is 9.75% and will be added to the purchase price (incl. buyer's premium) of all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must provide a resale certificate before the auction closes otherwise you will pay sales tax. PICKUP: All purchases must be removed by Wednesday, October 25th by 4:30PM. Pick up time is from 8:30AM to 4:30PM on weekdays. Please be sure to bring any tools, boxes, packing materials and help needed to remove your items. SHIPPING: We do not provide shipping at this time. We encourage all bidders to pick up locally within the allotted removal times. We have provided information for shipping companies; however we are not associated with any of the companies listed and make no guarantees as to their services. We provide this information as a courtesy. Auction Company is not responsible for damage during packaging and/or shipping. A handling fee may be charged if items have to be delivered to shipping company. Buyers are responsible for and agree to pay for their own shipping including handling fee, if any. No foreign shipments will be handled. All questions regarding shipping should be addressed before you bid/purchase item(s). Please take shipping fees into consideration when bidding. If you determine after the item(s) is bid that shipping is too expensive you are still obligated to pay for your purchases as agreed upon when registering and agreeing to the terms to bid in this auction. The UPS Store in our area provides packaging and shipping services and will be able to take your payment over the phone. They may also provide pickup. We have also contacted PakMail in our area, they provide pick up, packaging and shipping services and take payment over the phone. Buyer is responsible for all packaging, shipping and handling charges. We are not a storage facility. Lots left after the scheduled removal are considered abandoned/forfeited and are subject to being re-sold, donated and/or thrown away with Auction Company retaining any monies collected for such "abandoned/forfeited" items. Bidder will be banned from all future auctions for being in default and for interfering with the Auction Sale. Even if a bidder pays in full for the "abandoned/forfeited" item nothing will be shipped to that bidder and they will not be able to pick up the forfeit items; Abandoned/Forfeited items are no longer the property of the buyer. Nothing will be removed until paid in full. BUYER'S PREMIUM: An 18% buyers premium applies to final bid price. A 3% discount is offered for cash payments only.
