If you choose to pay by check or money order, all items will be held a minimum of 2 weeks or until your method of payment clears our bank. Any dollar amount exceeding $ 10,000 will be required to do a wire transfer. Any credit cards that come back as 'declined', the items will be resold at the owner's expense.
If you are the successful bidder on an item and you fail to pay for it, you will still owe 20% to W Yoder Auction, LLC for commission fees. You are authorizing W Yoder Auction, LLC to charge your credit card a minimum of 20% of the gross of your item(s).

Auction is held at Sheboygan County Fairgrounds. Buyer has 5 days to remove their purchases! Keep in mind there will be NO SECURITY and W Yoder Auction IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS. If your item is not there when you go to pick it up CALL THE POLICE - DO NOT CALL US! We are in NO WAY responsible for anything that has been reported stolen!
W Yoder Auction WILL NOT SHIP ANYTHING in this auction. It is the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. If you need special arrangements we will work with you the best we can. If items are not picked up by November 10th, we will have someone pick it up at an extra cost, and have it stored at a facility with a daily rate charge of $50 per day PLUS the transportation cost.
Buyer aknowledges that the property being auctioned is available for inspection and it is being sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without warranty or guarantee of any kind. We made no guarantee of the authenticity of the item including merchantability of fitness of particular purpose. All sales are final, NO EXCEPTIONS.
