A Buyers Premium of Five percent (5%) will be added to the final gavel price to determine final contract price for internet buyers. Live buyers will have a three percent (3%) buyers premium. Purchasers to sign a cash contract at the conclusion of the auction. Closing on or before November 21, 2017 Closing to be held at Marshall County Abstract & Title Co, 1114 Broadway, Marysville, KS 66508-1817 (785) 562-3071 ?Buyer(s) and Seller(s) to share closing costs on a 50/50 basis in conjunction with this cash contract including title insurance. 2017 taxes to be prorated to the day of closing.
