Invoices will be sent for the amount purchased immediately following the auction. Credit/Debit cards are processed on Monday following the auction through Auction Payment Network (APN). Acceptable forms of payment are Visa or Mastercard, money order or wire transfer. All invoices $500.00 or less are processed with the credit cards on file with Proxibid and are usually charged the Monday after the end of the auction. Please be sure to have the card that you WANT TO USE on file with Proxibid. All invoices over $500 will need to be paid by money order, certified check or wire transfer. Nebraska residents will have to pay 6.5% sales tax on the total including buyer's premium and shipping charges unless you provide your tax exempt information.

It is up to the buyer of firearms to know and understand their federal, state and local laws governing firearms. Firearms manufactured after 1898 must be shipped to an FFL in your area. It is up to the buyer to make sure Five Star Auctions is provided with a shipping address and copy of the FFL where the firearm is to be shipped. Buyer will pay for transfer fees for their FFL and for shipping and insurance. There will be no transfer fee from Five Star Auctions.
